ABOUT DARLING AUTHORITY:

Darling Authority is a fast-growing, female-empowerment-focused boutique that has taken social media by storm. What began as a single clothing rack in a college apartment has evolved into a brand with a devoted community. We’re growing, and you can join us at our Orlando, FL storefront location to be part of something special!

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Darling Authority, helping customers find their style while maintaining an organized, trendy, and fun environment in the boutique.

Location: Orlando, FL (must have reliable transportation; no remote positions available)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Keep the store looking flawless—organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest trends.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to help style customers.
  • Assist with merchandising and in-store displays to keep everything looking Insta-worthy.
  • Participate in fun store events and promotions.
  • Uphold Darling Authority’s brand values and commitment to empowering women.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and people skills—you’re outgoing and love making connections.
  • Passion for fashion and the Darling Authority brand.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends (no holidays!).
  • Reliable transportation to our Orlando, FL storefront.

ABOUT DARLING AUTHORITY:

Darling Authority is a fast-growing boutique that empowers women and sets trends. From social media fame to in-person events, we’re all about creating community and experiences. Be part of something special by helping us make every event fabulous.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Part-Time Event Coordinator, you’ll plan, execute, and assist with pop-ups and private events that reflect the Darling Authority brand. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, from setup to breakdown, and keep things looking stylish while creating a memorable guest experience.

Location: Orlando, FL (must have reliable transportation; no remote positions available)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help plan and execute boutique events, pop-ups, and private parties.
  • Ensure events are well-organized and run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Handle setup, breakdown, and anything in between! Must be able to lift, move, and sit/stand for extended periods of time. 
  • Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests.
  • Coordinate with the team to promote and run successful events.
  • Ensure event inventory and supplies are organized and prepped.
  • Adapt to any last-minute changes or challenges with ease.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Event planning or coordination experience preferred.
  • Outgoing personality—you know how to make everyone feel like a VIP.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Passion for fashion and the Darling Authority brand.
  • Reliable transportation to various event locations around Orlando.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
