HGSS: October 20th Market

WOOOO – you're officially invited to be a vendor at our next HGSS market happening on October 20th! 

Please read all vendor acknowledgements carefully even if you've vended with us before! By securing your spot, you automatically agree to everything listed below. Vendors who do not abide by the the following acknowledgements on the day of the event may be asked to leave without refund + will not be considered for future HGSS events. 

— I acknowledge that I am approved only for the October 20th market hosted by Hot Girls Shop Small behind Darling Authority (2322 Edgewater Drive) in College Park on October 20th from 11-4 p.m.

— Accepted vendors will be contacted via email and must pay the vendor fee WITHIN 48 HOURS, otherwise the spot will be forfeited and offered to another vendor.

— Accepted vendors will receive an outdoor space that is 10x10ft or a space large enough to accommodate their food truck.  Vendors are responsible for bringing all materials they may need (tent, table, chairs, etc) All tents must be weighted, no stakes are allowed.  

— Electricity will be provided to vendors on a case by case basis only for essential needs and use MUST be approved before paying for your spot. Vendors approved for electricity must bring extension cords and tape cords down. The use of gas generators is not permitted for any vendor other than food trucks.

— Vendors will only be allowed to sell the products stated in their application. Booth sharing is NOT PERMITTED- each vendor must apply and be approved separately!

— HGSS is a rain or shine event. In the case of severe weather, HGSS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the market to ensure the safety of everyone involved. NO REFUNDS will be given due to inclement weather or vendor cancellation.

— Vendors release Hot Girls Shop Small of any liability of possible damages to self or their business that may result from the typical activities of a vendor during a market.
